I recently brought my car to this repair shop and clearly explained the issue I was experiencing. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the problem I described, they performed a different repair and charged me $400. When I later took my vehicle to my dealership, I was informed that the original issue had not been fixed and that the work performed was unrelated. I returned to the shop to discuss the matter, but was told I would need to pay an additional $500 to have the actual problem repaired.
