Zap Car Rental

This place called me and asked was I extending. When I asked were they closing early or at 6 they told me 6 but cuts car off around 4ish. They’re janky as hell. They was cool at first but NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY SHOULD EVER RENT FROM HERE.

You gave me a car that was in terrible condition and didn’t inform me about any of the issues beforehand. I had to call to find out, and then I was told not to bring it back and to keep it until Tuesday — as if that was acceptable. The car had been hit in the back, the tire had serious problems, and the windshield wiper didn’t even work. How am I supposed to drive a car like that? Why should I pay for a vehicle that’s unsafe and a serious risk to my life? This was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. You put my safety in danger without a single warning. I would never expect such negligence. You should be ashamed for handing over such a dangerous vehicle without disclosure

Do not rent a vehicle with this company. Their car broke down on me WHILE I was driving. The radio and navigation did not work. The wheel was wobbling and was making a terrible noise on the freeway. Several dash lights came on a few hours after driving away. They said it's normal and these things happen all the time. They said they would give me a free day, but the total ended up being the same. Their vehicles are unsafe, and I wouldn't trust them with my family or friends. So rent at your own peril.
