Zapata Automotive is the kind of shop you look for and rarely find. Pablo is knowledgeable, honest, and meticulous. No upsells, no vague explanations, and no “that’s just how these cars are” excuses. The work is clearly explained, done correctly, and finished when he says it will be. This visit was straightforward brake work on my Subaru, and that’s exactly the point…routine jobs still deserve the same level of care and attention as complex ones. The quality and professionalism were consistent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust with your vehicle, this is one of those rare shops. Highly recommended.

If you need the best service and customer care this is the place to go. We have used the Zapata's for years. They are friendly and give the best advice on all makes and models. They specialize in foreign makes such as Toyota and Nissan, but can stear you in the right direction no matter what you own. Pablo always has a smile on his face and is a race car but, bring him a rare Hot Wheels and you've got a friend for life.
