About two weeks ago, I brought my car in because my key wouldn’t turn. Erica was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. The team did an excellent job replacing the lock cylinder, and now my car feels as good as new. They completed the work quickly and at a very reasonable price.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! The initial quote was to cover everything lifters and manifold. Of course when I picked it up it was quoted well over that initial quote, almost $2,000 more. The price quoted was to include the manifold, I was told it wasn’t. But the owner agreed to order the part and replace in for free due to the confusion. Been waiting several months and she claims the part is on back order. So the manifold is still not repaired. I’ve text and called, no response. The job took much longer than the owner originally said. Truck engine light did not go off after repair. I’m truly thinking of taking her to small claims court.

The staff at Zarbock's Automotive is very professional and knowledgeable. They ensured that our vehicle was taken care of promptly and safe to drive. They did a great job and were extremely reasonable with pricing. They kept communication open, providing upfront quotes and explaining what was being repaired and why it was needed. The vehicle they worked on was my late mother's pride and joy thank you Zarbocks for helping us keep it rolling!

This is my second time dealing with them, this is a great shop that does awesome work, they are good mechanics and management that works with you to get the job done. Don't take my word for it , but I won't take my vehicle's anywhere else.
