VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First and for most the front desk lady is TERRIBLY RUDE! The wait is forever!! Went in on a Saturday because i was told Friday i was going to receive a call after diagnosis, never did. Went in Saturday and men are just standing around waiting for 12 o clock to come around to go home. TERRIBLE!! Mind you I took my vehicle on a Wednesday and got it towed there having leaking issues and i mentioned to them it could be the WATER pump with what i’ve searched on my own and Mechanic called me Saturday after the fact i had gone to see what was up, he let me know the cost and that it could be $350/400 “depending on how much antifreeze they needed to apply”. Spoke to front desk to ask if i could have the key to turn on the vehicle and check over and she said “

Went in to go get my car diagnosed because was having troubles with hard starts on my Chevy Malibu and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They looked at it when they said they would and came to a conclusion my computer was reading I was running e85 instead of 87. Been running great ever since went in for diagnosis left with my car running back to it’s normal self. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy mechanic
