Really frustrated with my experience with Zia detailing. My car needed a good clean inside and out so I went ahead and got the platinum package. (Which is not cheap) and this was what my van looked like when they were done!!!! Like how is this even ok to be left this way??? (not even all the pics I have) Also, I was told my seats would all be shampooed, they weren’t!! All they did was spot clean the ones with stains on them and used spray cleaner and a rag. That’s not shampooing. I messaged them and told them how upset I was so they came back and re did the inside. They assured me they detailed it the first time they came out. Which clearly they didn’t. Also- I was charged $25 extra for having a 3rd row (mini van) and they didn’t even touch my back seats or cupholders the first time!!! Thi

Zia is AMAZING! They are hard workers, and most importantly take the time and effort to make our vehicles look 100% every time. I have recommended them to everyone that asks how my cars look so clean. Pro tip: sign up for their subscription model detailing. Can’t beat the quality or price. And no, I don’t work for them lol.

Very Pleased! Interior upholstery was filthy. They did a wonderful job! And it was very affordable! Was surprised that the seats were already dry. They texted when they were on way.Texted when they arrived. Very professional!
