I finally got my car fixed and decided to treat myself and get the interior of my SUV cleaned. I have three girls under the age of 6 and they can be VERY messy. The detailers got the gunk build up, sticky residue, crumbs and stains out of my backseat and doors. Only thing I wish they left my vent fresheners, I bought them this morning before coming in. Other than that, they did such a great job. I’m really impressed! Shannon W is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, friendly and kept me updated while I waited. Very good customer service! I highly recommend Shannon when you book your appointment. Will be back to get my car tinted and undercoat done.Thank you to Shannon and Ziebart crew for such great experience.

Went to ziebart in Batavia to get my windows tinted. I spoke with Gia and she was the best. She knew what would look the best and got me a great deal!

Came in to have my 2013 Corolla undercoated before NY tears it up this winter. Seems to be a good undercoating job, although I believe they washed/detailed the exterior also (not sure if this was part of the process) which is fine but there are new scratches on a few spots plus some weird hardened chemical or something on one of the doors. I bought it with a few cosmetic concerns, but these are definitely new.

Today I went to Ziebart and spoke with Shannon, she was amazing especially when I asked questions and answered them in detail. She looked at my car to look over any imperfection from the work I had done. I asked if they do scratch and ding repair (I had some small missing paint spots on my front bumper nothing huge) and she came back from inside the shop with the repair paint and went out of her way to fix the paint spots without me even asking her to do that. It wasn’t major work I needed done but she took care of my concerns and even more than I asked for. I had my tint done almost a month ago (20%) and I love it but it had a couple teeny tiny spots on my back window that I wanted looked at and she is having it all done over again quicker than I expected. She made the appointment for me

Had a great experience having undercoating done at this location today. Shannon was very knowledgeable and helped in every way possible. I really appreciate the time she spent explaining everything to me, and how quickly the work was done.
