I’m very particular who does car care to my vehicle and I trust Zeigler Tire staff every-time !! Everyone is always so welcoming and polite. They take excellent care of my vehicle. They go above and beyond for their clients !

I've used Ziegler tire for many years and have always been satisfied. Today they went up and above as I asked them to assemble a wheel tire combination for a Corvette restoration. Jason immediately recognized my concerns and took great care during assembly. It's always a pleasure to do business with professionals.

Had a problem with new tires I bought from another business in Canton. I told them my problem and they took care of my tire balancing issues with there load force balancing machine. The employees at Ziegler are great. They know what they are doing and even worked out a deal with the place I bought the tires from to cover some of the expense of the fix on my balancing issues. I highly recommend Ziegler for anyone with tire issues to give them a try.

My experience with Ziegler Tire was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was I treated with extreme disrespect, but the situation escalated due to the actions of Cody, the owner, who got rude and confrontational with me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Cody raised his voice, refused to de-escalate, and acted in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. The situation became so hostile that I had to call 911, and law enforcement got involved just so I could safely retrieve my vehicle and resolve the matter. I was shocked and disturbed that something as basic as picking up a vehicle could escalate to the point of needing police assistance. Joe was amazing and helpful. All the staff I interact with were great. I actually changed my mind about what kind of tire I wanted the day of my appointment and they still got me in! My new Falken Aklimate tires are amazing. I left the parking lot and felt like I was driving a new car.
