Zip Tire

Had a great experience dealing with these guys on 2 occasions. My orders were placed from out of state and shipped to my desired location. Rims and Tires were already mounted and balanced upon arrival and only had to be installed upon arrival. I had not one complication! My second set was a 24” rim with a 9” lip. A very custom build going on a 1971 Monte Carlo. Car still being built will upload photos later. These guys are a lock for all my Rim and Tire needs!

CROOKS!!!!! If I could give a zero I would. I contacted Zip Tire this morning to inquire about pricing for a Lift, Tires, and Rims for my jeep. The representative had no knowledge and said that he would have his "Lift Guy Miguel" to contact me. While thinking that he was texting Miguel, he actually texted me, saying and I quote; "CALL THIS GUY AND SELL IT, DON'T FORGET TO MARK UP ENOUGH FOR ME". I am outraged..... EVEN WORSE; I called back and spoke to AL who identified himself as the manager. He attempted to make an excuse stating that I wasn't supposed to get that text but that I misunderstood the message; it was said by AL that Miquel is a "Foreigner" that doesn't really understand so he often quotes wholesale prices which is not only a ridiculous excuse but obviously a lie. I had the greatest customer service experience ever from start to end once i made my deposit until i took delivery many other stores said a 12week wait I received mine from zip tire in 4 weeks due to custom order they have many sizes and color forgiatos in stock i got installed in less than 45 min everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner !!!!! I highly recommend them for all rim and tire needs!!!!!

My experience was Great, especially after being referred to Zip Tire from another prestigious rim and tire shop, they highly recommended Zip Tire and I was not disappointed! Ms. Nubia was a great help, informative and very courteous and Mr. Allen sealed the deal with his thorough knowledge and welcoming approach! These guys were very patient with me as I was indecisive with which direction I wanted to move in for my new vehicle. Which wheel, which size, custom touch or wheels as is??? I was all over the place and they helped me through every idea, never once trying to upsell or over charge me. These guys had my best interest in mind throughout the entire deal. I appreciate the experience. I love my cars new look and stance and I will definitely be a return customer to Zip Tire!
