Zips Car Wash

I don’t understand what’s going on with this location. Every time I come through it was soap all over my back window. I asked the manager why he said there’s nothing wrong with the machine but when I go to other locations, I don’t have that problem. Yesterday came through and tried to use the vacuums and none of them were working no suction or no power and pay a $45 membership fee and this is the experience I get it just sucks because it’s the only one in town whenever I go to Knoxville I have an amazing experience. I don’t know what’s going on at the store. It’s pretty bad.

We have a Ford Excursion. Maybe its too large for carwashes like this... but it didn't even come close to cleaning the back of our truck. It was still as dirty as it was before we went in the wash. And the roller or something in the carwash deeply scratched the truck on the passenger side. Even the windows. From back to front. We didn't say anything because, let's be honest, they probably wouldn't have done anything about it or offered to get it repaired. Very disappointing for the $18.00 we paid for the wash. :(

Giving a shout out to CJ and his crew. From the time I arrived and he asked how my day was going, until I pulled into the wash bay and he paid EXTENSIVE detail to the problem areas of my vehicle as he initially sprayed it. My services were top notch!! Havent been to zips in awhile due to past negative reviews, but these guys today deserve a raise!

Marcus was very helpful. My car looks brand new and I will definitely be coming back more often. Big shout out to zips car wash!
