Zips Car Wash

The car wash left purple streaks all over my truck and soap in the bed. I reached out to their customer support and was told they would try and get a refund but couldn’t guarantee it because they aren’t responsible for that. It’s up to the store manager to give a refund. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything. It’s not worth taking cars there.

From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond—especially by taking extra care to clean the mats thoroughly, something I truly appreciated. Both of them were very pleasant to talk with and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Kelly and Thomas definitely deserve recognition for their effort and kindness. I’ve been using this car wash for the past five to six months. While I was never fully satisfied with the service, I continued using it mainly for convenience. Unfortunately, the quality of the wash is below average, and better options are available if you’re willing to drive a little farther from Fuquay. Recently, they changed the vacuum area layout and removed the individual spray bottles. Instead, you now have to walk back to a central machine each time you need cleaner, which is very inconvenient. Due to these ongoing issues, I am canceling my membership today.

Disrespecting me and then being shocked when I respond disrespectfully back is confusing to me. It's unwell behavior. Why would you expect me to be respectful if you couldn't be respectful to begin with. Stopped in for a quick wash. Figured what the weather changing it was time for a better quality wash so I got their "best wash" for $30. I went through the car wash and came out with soap still on my car all over my windows, on the hood, on my mirrors, on the windshield, on the top etc. I pulled around pretty upset and dumbfounded that I still had soap on my car. And a lot of it. The gentleman who I initially spoke with said to pull around and they would rinse the soap off my car. Another gentleman, who I later discovered was the manager, came up and told me that he wouldn't rinse my car

I am a car wash enthusiast and I decided to express my love for car wash’s. So today I am going around my hometown and writing an honest review of every car wash in my area. I tried to get into the wash today but I couldn’t find the entrance and they appeared to be closed at 10am. Not sure what’s going on over there or how they have so many reviews with no employees ever at the site
