Zips Car Wash

I went there this past weekend first time of going there, that place was scary to go thru it moved fast couldn't see the car in front and I myself almost hit him then going out I got stuck for a second, and then on Tues there was a accident of the same thing the person in back couldnt see infant of them. Space the cars out enough to where people feel safe and not having to pick another car cause a place isn't taking the precautions to avoid mishaps like that. I will not be back. I go to main st and get the something for 15.00 and safer.

Zips Car Wash is a great facility in Joplin, OK. I have utilized this location over the course of several years and have been satisfied with their services. The workers are friendly. They offer a monthly membership. The only complaint I would have is some of the vacuums do work better than others. On my most recent visit I opted to use the same vacuum hose for both the driver and passenger side as the opposite hose did not have great suction and was not vacuuming optimally. It was feasible to do so with how long the hoses were but it was much more tedious. Overall, I would still return and continue using their services. After all, the vacuums are free of charge.

I have a subscription currently, last several times I have went my car doesn't get clean. It has been leaving dirty areas and doesn't even remove light bug guts. I wash my car regularly and have literally just been driving locally. I have even went through twice, told the attendant it wasn't clean after one wash. He said sorry but it was still not clean after 2nd wash.

This place is so run down! There was no soap in the wash at all. The car wash only sprayed half of our car in the beginning. The light to tell us to “go” at the end didn’t work. I pay $35 for a mambership. I am looking for a new car wash now.

The facility itself is great and the washes are fine. The only issue I have is when I tried to cancel my membership (the only reason I cancelled was because I didn't use it often enough to justify the ongoing expense (I absolutely intend to keep going there and just pay each time)). I had to actually call them on the telephone and talk to them because there was no way to manage my account using the website. The website tried to get me to download the app. (Why is it that I can manage my account with the app, but not with the website?) So, anyway, I made the call. The lady was pleasant and professional. But here's where things took a turn. I provided all my information and even my 9-digit account number only for the lady to put me on hold for over five minutes just to access my accou
