I don’t do reviews often but I think this one is necessary. Before today I had never been here before. When I got to Zips the line was long and I figured that was probably a good sign because it means people like the car wash. It took awhile to get through the line and when I was in the car wash I heard a thud but didn’t think too much of it. When I got out, I parked by the vacuums to continue cleaning the inside of my car. When I pulled out the vacuum hose the nozzle fell off. I let a worker know and as the worker was walking over to my car he pointed at my passenger side mirror and asked if it came off in the car wash. I looked over and the back of my mirror had completely come off. I told him it definitely came off in the wash. The worker went to look for the missing parts and I continu

There’s constantly an issue at this location. I pay $50/month for a carwash subscription, but I’ll be cancelling. A couple days ago, I waited over 10 minutes with a long line in front and behind me, only for them to eventually make everyone leave. This kind of hassle happens far too often here—whether it’s a staffing issue or equipment failure, it’s just not worth it anymore.

I stopped by to have my car washed it had been awhile since using this car wash. Unfortunately this time it didn't go well. They no longer take cash lucky for me I had my mom with me and she had a card that I used being disabled I don't have cards but the main issue was the lower part of the driver and passenger doors didn't get clean and they no longer do rewash if the car wash doesn't get your car completely washed. The car was attendant at entrance only used the wand to spray the driver's side. I wish I drove the extra few miles to Broadway PureMagic they take cash and offer a rewash if car was doesn't get car clean. ( if you need something quick and have a credit card and don't care if it gets your vehicle 100% clean the price change for a single wash wasn't bad. There was a time I u

First there is a wait three days in a row. Both lanes stopped for no reason. Second, the attendants have their pants half way down there butts where you have to look at that pathetic wardrobe if you can call it that. Third they are supposed to pre-rinse your car and they barely touch your car with a sprinkle of water AND of which I would give a tip if they even halfway took pride in their job! Fourth my car came to a complete stop right in the middle of the wash and didn’t even rinse the soap off. Do not use this Zips car wash at the East town location, it’s not worth your money. Sincerely!!!!!
