Zips Car Wash

I am a monthly Zip’s member and am always satisfied with my wash but today was different. I was met with a smile and wave by the manager, Stan. Before I entered the wash, Stan was able to chip away at some dried concrete on my hood that had been there for months! I really appreciated the extra effort and how we went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend the Zip’s car wash on Timberlake rd. Thanks again, Stan!

Zips on Timberlake Rd is the best car wash ever! My kids loved it! My SUV looks like it just drove right off the car lot with the premier wash! It was a great experience because the customer service was so great! 🙂 everyone was so friendly and kind! Stan is a great manager! We had fun, just simply cleaning the car!

This is an update for my original review. This is the best zips and car wash hands down that you can take your car to in all of Lynchburg. The moment that you drive in and when you are blessed to be greeted by the one, the only, Stan!!! who always has a pleasant smile and a kind voice that makes you just feel very welcomed. Stan is an amazing guy that works here and All this hard work does not go unnoticed. He is very pleasant to talk too and I highly recommend chatting him up if you ever have the time. Thank you for all you do Stan, and making zips such a great and welcoming place. Keep being awesome man, and lastly I can guarantee you most certainly made me smile.

The guys that work here were golden!! They were very festive and put a smile on my face. They washed my mats off and made my day much better. As a business owner myself I would highly recommend this crew for a huge raise. We need more people in this world like them. If I could give them 10 stars that is what I would give them. I will recommend them to everyone at this location on Timberlake road.

Seriously avoid. I feel scammed/hustled. I visited Zips after seeing a 20% OFF today sign and planned to purchase the second-tier wash at the discounted price. What followed were deceptive practices and concerning payment issues. Red flag #1 - Both card readers were taped over. When I arrived at the payment station, both card readers were covered with tape. After waiting several minutes, an employee came out claiming the readers were "down" and would "charge my card a lot of money" if I used them. He directed me to a handheld tap device he held next to an iPad. He then tried to sell me the top-tier wash for "$1 more", but this was $1 more than the second tier's regular price, not the discounted price I came for. When he claimed the top wash cost $45, he was pointing at the monthly plan.
