Zips Car Wash

Absolutely unacceptable! I purchased an $18 Basic Plus car wash. After running my Jeep (pavement princess) through the car wash I proceeded to the vaccum area. I noticed my grill and headlights were still covered in bugs & my windshield was also still dirty. I drove back to the attendant & asked if I could run it through again because it was not clean. He proceeded to get the manager. The manager approached my vehicle and very rudely stated, "This car wash won't get bugs off your grill. This is a maintenence car wash!" Then denied me the re-wash. What the heck is a "maintenence car wash?" Will NOT be back. 😡 😠 😤 #CarWash #CustomerService #RipOff #Manager #Jeep #Bugs #Headlights

For the most part customer service is good although some locations will scrub the front and windshield with a brush and others don’t… this one hasn’t since I’ve started going there. Since I live at the beach I decided it’d be a good idea to purchase a monthly membership for both our cars. I got the Premier packed for both cars because I not only wanted Lava Shine but more importantly Tire Shine. However no matter what day, time or location I go to the tires come out looking dull and little to no tire shine at all. While I love the fact this location is around the corner I’m considering canceling my membership and going elsewhere for better results

Went to Zips Car Wash in person to ask about a membership. The manager, Kristen, greeted me with a nice smile. She explained to me the different plan options and found one that was in my budget. I really appreciated her professionalism, and her answering all the questions that I had. I will definitely refer friends and family to the car wash.

Let’s see - have to go find towels as their signs say they keep getting stolen, when you find them, their “clean” towels smudge the windows (see pic) and the vacuums must be the weakest on the eastern seaboard as they barely pick up dirt. The punch line? They try to get you to sign up for a membership. You’re better off driving your car in the ocean than going here 🙄

I'm a longtime customer and dropped something out of my car last week here and thought it was gone, but the staff had retrieved it and saved it for me. Thanks so much for your professionalism and honesty. Btw, this location is THE BEST and newest car wash in Myrtle Beach and the vacuums work great. Don't go anywhere else.
