ZERO STARS! If you enjoy having your brand new em at scratched then this is the place for you! I knew better coming here because in the past everytime I came here I was overcharged for a crappy car wash. Never got the car clean would have to ask to go through a second time. Even after two washed my car would still have bird poo and bugs stuck to the front. I had gone to another wash place off 5th and was pleased with it but the long line there is how I ended up at zips again. I knew better not to go there so I blame myself, I’m not talking micro scratches I’m talking a huge scratch that even scratched the plastic of my tail light. Hard lesson learned. They claim to have remolded but it’s worse than before. I’m ready for the new car wash to be build. I forgot to mention that I sc

Feel like I got scammed. Went for a basic wash and the employee immediately stated the basic button wasn’t working and that I needed to get basic plus. Had to do it since there was a car behind me. At that point they should charge the basic plus got the basic price. It’s not our fault so why should we pay more?

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 of the vacuums I went to didn’t work, and it didn't clean the doors completely. But the overall experience was good. Friendly workers as well.

This carwash dose mess with your paint don't recommend to others drive to lubbock offer same price do way better job washing than this car wash

The employee that checked us out was very pleasant. That was the best part of the wash. My truck was still dirty after the $30 wash, the windshield was left greasy and I got one squirt of tire shine on one wheel - it looks like a dog peed on it. Honestly for the money I expected a higher quality wash. I will not be bringing my truck back
