My parents have always loved this place, and I didn’t fully understand why until I went myself. They provide towels and even have a station to clean your mats, which is such a thoughtful touch. The employees are incredibly friendly — Landon made sure I had everything I needed for my wash and went above and beyond to be helpful. Marissa helped us pick the correct wash for our truck. She was super kind and helpful. We did the premium wash and our truck looked great. No lines and great vacuums. We recommend Zips!

It was an ok car wash. Available free vacuums and drying towels that is a bonus. We didn't need those options. Same brush cleaning process most use. Cleaned the the car good but somewhat failed on the factory styled wheels and the rear lift gate. Left some road grime on both those areas. Disappointed with that in comparison with with price we paid.

Great customer service! The ordering system had a minor hiccup and Landon took care of it promptly and professionally. He even helped wipe up some leftover water spots on my truck! Will definitely be back!
