ZNL Towing

I called them yesterday to tow my car. They made me wait over an hour then the time they said. They purposely kept declining my call because what was supposed to be a 30 minute wait turned into over an hour wait. They then answered after 5 calls and I called to cancel and their only response was “okay”. Maybe as a business communicate if you can’t take the job and make people waste their time. Imagine having an already bad day and then dealing with a shady tow truck business.I then called Joes towing and they got there in 15 minutes.

This towing company went above and beyond. Latu showed up faster than expected, was incredibly kind, and took great care of my vehicle. They turned a stressful situation into a calm, easy experience. Reliable, professional, and genuinely caring — highly recommend!!

Latu at ZNL Towing is the very best! We were stranded on the freeway at 9:00 at night because our car broke down. Latu saw us as he passed and came back around to tow us off the freeway and to the nearest gas station so we could be in a safe spot while we waited for for our insurance company to send a tow truck. The insurance company was taking way too long to send their contracted tow truck driver, so we decided to pay Latu to tow our vehicle to our car repair shop. Our insurance company said they would cover the cost to have Latu tow our vehicle. I am grateful he was willing to go out of his way to turn around and come back on the freeway to get us after he passed us, he was willing to tow us off the freeway for free because he was genuinely concerned for our safety. I had rushed into Salt Lake to pick up a birthday present for my son and on the way home stopped to use the restroom at a Maverik and at that point my car wouldn't start. After calling multiple tow shops in the Saratoga Springs/Lehi area for quotes I called ZNL Towing and was blown away by his price. Way lower than any others. (Some of the others were more than twice his price!) I get it; Things cost money and towing has never been cheap but I was so grateful I found ZNL. He gave me a price over the phone, confirmed where the car was and where it was going, picked it up when he said he would, texted me photos of my car when he picked it up--I had to go home because it was my son's birthday-- and he delivered it right into my garage.
