Zoom Car Wash

I had an excellent experience at this car wash, and a big reason why was the manager, Chris H. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I left satisfied. You can tell he takes real pride in his job and the quality of his work. The product itself is great, but what really sets this place apart is the customer service. Chris’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Because of him, I would absolutely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for not just a great clean, but outstanding customer service as well.

Service is always great! I pay the $40 monthly membership and it’s well worth it! Crew is friendly and attentive. They’re always down to chat and let you know what things are and where they are. Oceana was super nice when I came through today!

Mykel did an excellent job at the Zoom Car Wash drive-through. The outside detail was spotless and very thorough. He was professional, efficient, and took pride in his work. My car looked amazing when it was finished. Highly recommend Mykel if you’re coming through!

Awful. I just waited forever, spent $15 and it didn’t work. They had to manually turn it on. As I was driving away, I could see the car was dirty. I had to be somewhere otherwise I would have turned around. Very disappointed.
