My car had been stored for a while, and unfortunately, filled with mildew. My insurance agent recommended Zukes. Chris (I think that's his name) could not have been nicer. The car needed a quick turn around so it could go on a trip, and he worked with me and took it right before the holiday weekend. He was prompt, he kept me updated, and the car looked unbelievable when it was done. Truly, it looked like it came off the showroom floor, it didn't smell of Mildew and somehow he got between the seats, you would never know what bad shape it was in before. I can't say enough about what a good experience it was.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER! I took my vehicle in to have it detailed. When I picked it up, not only was there damage to the right rear driver's side door, but there was a piece missing from the top left roof rail. When I noticed the missing roof rail piece, he was with me. His first response was "I didn't do anything". I noticed the damage on the door panel and he asked me if I was sure if the roof rail piece was missing and the damage to the door wasn't there when I brought the car in. I assured him that these were o.k. when I brought the car in. He continued to ask if I was sure. I left. I contacted him a few days later, asking him if we could remedy the situation.
