1-800 Radiator & A/C-Pawtucket

I bought a “brand new” radiator from this place and this is how it showed up — rusted and corroded right out of the box. A part that’s supposed to be new should never arrive looking like this. On top of that, I had to pay my mechanic extra just to fix it before it could even be installed. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Have been ordering radiators for a long time from these people and the other day the delivery man kept my change cause of a mistake on the wrong radiator. Never got my money back even went to the place itself and the guy in change was very rude. No customer service at all. Mind you we been dealing here for more that 5 years and for a couple bucks they didn't wanna talk to the driver.

Very friendly staff and great prices on all their products. I would highly recommend this company.

Just heads up they close at 4pm not 5pm drove over 40 minutes to get there at 4:15 and they told me they close at 4pm

Good experience and they had what I needed extensive inventory I would definitely recommend
