#1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville Service

Someone tried to steal my car, a Hyundai, last month. I brought it to #1 Cochran Hyundai to fix the damage to the steering column and remove any remaining broken glass from where the window had been busted out. I had also decided to trade the vehicle in after repairs were completed and asked for estimates for removing a decal and replacing a missing wheel liner. At the end of week one of no communication, I reached out and asked for an update. They said they're waiting on parts. I asked about the estimate of the additional two requests; they said they couldn't provide those at that time. At the end of week two of no communication, I reached out and requested an update; I was given the same response to both questions. At the end of week three of no communication, I called again. I was told

A great experience. The staff was polite and everything was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The car was nice and clean when I got it back too.

A free tire rotation should not be a one hour wait and certainly should require me to contact them after an hour to get them to look at my car. You are asking for a waste of your day even if you schedule an appointment.

Great experience buying a brand new hyundai palisade, the whole crew works so well together. Also clean and spacious showroom.
