I like how everything was quick. Trading in my car and buying new car process was quick and painless. However this is not on the dealership, car is dead on the 3rd day. Battery is completely drained. However the service department was quick to respond to get the car towed.
Long overdue thank you to Steve and the entire team and ownership here! My car had been totaled in an accident, and I decided it was time to get back into a Jeep! I had gone to other dealers (where I felt pressured/talked down to) and am SO grateful to have found Monroeville Jeep! Steve patiently walked me through the Jeeps available that were good fits for me and my budget, and we went on test drives. Steve seems to genuinely love his job and off-roading! I came back with my husband the next morning and got my Jeep Wrangler! Steve was so “Pennsylvania country guy” nice and also had my husband test the 4 wheel drive (they have a giant lot up the hill behind the dealer that you can try the 4WD on, which isn’t posted about much but is awesome!!).
