Went here today for the first time and it was decent, but not a nice as I expected. A friendly attendant met me at my car and helped me scan my card before entering the line when I couldn’t reach the card machine. That was really nice I haven’t seen that at other car washes. The prices weren’t too bad, but were a little steep compared to others in the area. Inside the wash there were no frills or fancy effects or lights. Not essential, but always nice to see. The attendant inside was very attentive to cars more so than some places which I did appreciate. Outside there were plenty of vacuums to use, but the suction power was very poor and inefficient. It was probably just the bay I was in though, but I did try another hose and it was the same. Also there were no cleaners set outside though

Awesome Staff👍 Extremely helpful even to potential new Members. I just needed a quick vacuuming out of my vehicle before service, because it was as gross as a pig stye🐖🤢and Staff let me use their facilities. Nicely setup vacuum, air, and drying units. Easy in and Easy out onto Golden Mile Highway. Much lower rates than other high-end 'Car Washes'. I highly recommend👍 Please see my photos 📸

Didn’t realize that I was gonna be signed up for reoccurring billing. The day we went to use this car wash they asked if we wanted to come all month for one price. It was not talked about like it was a Membership or I would have declined that service. Otherwise a great service for people that want to pay monthly for unlimited washes.

Completely lied about subscription and impossible to cancel. When I went here for the first time, the guy told me they had a promotion for their subscription for several months and when I asked how do I cancel, he said I get a text that I can just reply to. Well this was false, I never got a text message from them ever. I had to go online to cancel, and the form was only available during certain hours. The page actually says manage membership, but there is no way to actually do this. You cannot see what your rate is, when you will be charged or anything. I got an email confirming my cancellation, however they are still charging me almost $45 a month. Now I will have to dispute with my CC company to get the charges to stop. completely scammy company. This is the best car wash ever! Not too hard on the car, but does a good job getting it clean. Easy in, easy out. Pull in to use the sweepers is easy and I love the little cart with the microfiber towels and glass cleaner available for window washing and drying off the car more. I wish there was one closer to where we live. Plus, there is always someone there when you go to pay to help out. The air freshener is a bonus!
