Buying a car is stressful. Buying one here was a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and AVOID #1 Cochran Mazda of Monroeville. I wanted to buy from Cochran because my cousin, Dominic Amato, works at the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep location. He’s one of the nicest, most honest people you’ll ever meet. Unfortunately, I wanted a Mazda CX-5, not one of those brands, so I had to go to the Monroeville Mazda store. Big mistake. It was lie after lie. Lie #1: When the car would be ready. This mattered because I needed the car immediately for work. They told me it wasn’t certified yet and wouldn’t be ready for a week. I said fine, I’d just look for another car. STEALERSHIP Went here to buy a used Tesla, wasn’t 100% sure I wanted it. Wasn’t state inspected OR detailed yet, I asked if I put a $500 deposit down if it was refundable, they said yes as long as you decide within a few days. I asked if it would just go back on my card they said yes, I went ahead with the deposit. I was back the very next day with my wife and our car seats. Car seats didn’t fit, I asked for the deposit back. They said sure no problem. 15min later sales woman Christal comes back and says hey we have to cut you a check you’ll have it in a few days. I said ok 2 weeks+ later no check, they won’t return my calls, emails or texts. They also lowered the price of the vehicle $500! Meanwhile she told me absolutely no negotiation on the price so, seems my deposit went straight

Quick same day service with appointment, though with an emissions exempt vehicle you will still get slapped with a relatively high emissions test fee, pretty incredible markup considering. Will probably shop around for another garage since this sort of invalidates the point of having the complimentary service package that comes with the vehicle. Great sales team but like most dealership shops, try to avoid it and use your local mechanics.

Wonderful car buying experience. Junior went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us and our new family. He was very honest and communicative. The entire staff there went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.
