The Boardman dealership is good, Dan is very good at what he does. However, the shop often left me feeling increasingly uneasy and somewhat scammed. On a number of occasions, I had issues when I'd come in to be serviced and they'd give me the run around for big cost and repairs even after I informed them of the extended warranty that I had at the time. In January 2024, I came to get an oil change and tire rotation (I'm aware that such is not covered by the extended warranty) and the service advisor told me that I couldn't get the tire rotation because they didn't have the specific tool for my tires and that I'd have to go purchase a spline drive socket/spline lug key and bring it in for them to use. After business hours, I dropped my Pathfinder off for recall services. After business hours the next day, I picked it up. Services completed, list of work done and recommended work included. Zero issues.

Great Experience for using a dealership for the first tine ever to do an oil change, speedy and courteous, definitely will be back.
