⸻ WARNING: Stay Away From This Tow Company Yesterday I had a blowout on the side of 288 and called this company for roadside assistance. At first everything seemed fine. I was quoted $140 for a tire change, told the ETA would be 30–45 minutes, and that I could pay with Apple Pay when the driver arrived. They also asked for my card number to “put on file,” assuring me it would not be charged. After waiting 35+ minutes, I called back to get an update. That’s when the story changed. I was suddenly told they could not send a driver unless I paid through a payment link first. At this point I was already frustrated because we had already discussed payment and they already had my card information. I had also been waiting on the highway for 40+ minutes. They immediately got to me and provided the best service! Ronald was extremely helpful and funny. I was nervous because I have never gotten a flat tire, but he was great and made the entire situation easier! If I ever need to use a tow service again, I know who to call!
