10-4 Tow Of Oceanside

I had an excellent experience with 10-4 Towing of Oceanside. I unfortunately broke down on the I-5 Freeway near Carlsbad and Oceanside, California while driving at 70 miles per hour. My Toyota Land Cruiser lost all power, but I was lucky enough to be able to coast across four lanes of traffic and make it halfway down the exit ramp near Tamarack Street in Carlsbad. I was stressed out and anxious, but when I called 10-4 Towing, Joyce was incredibly understanding and helped calm me down. She quickly found out my location and dispatched a tow truck to assist me. The team at 10-4 Towing was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take my vehicle to get it back on the road. Service this morning was great. ETA was 25 to 35 minutes. JR came on time. Did his job park my car in the great spot thank you.

Really bad experience. Rude driver and showed up two hours later than they said.
