Came in before they opened. I was first in line and the staff explained everything to me in detail. Clean waiting room across the parking lot. Make sure to print the coupon. For something we are required to do, they made it painless.

I arrived this morning at this business to get a smog check and there was nobody there. The person working there began to chastise me for parking in the wrong place and telling me I need to follow the rules and move my car. Mind you that was the first thing they said and again, there was nobody else there. I have never been here and all I said was hello can I get smog check this morning and that’s how I was greeted. Needless to say, I left and said I would go somewhere else that wants my business. I ended up at A&G Smog and it was totally different. I was greeted with hello and how can we help you and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. They were great! Customer service should been something.

The service went above and beyond!!! Was able to get me in last minute and was very quick!!! I would highly highly recommend this business!!!
