I was in town fishing, and when I returned to my car after the trip, it wouldn't start. I called 11th St Auto at 4:15 p.m. (they close at 5), and they said no problem—they even called the tow for me. By 8:15 a.m. the next morning (they open at 8), I got a call explaining the issue. Being from out of town, I was stuck, but they got me in right away, communicated clearly, and took care of everything ASAP. If I wasn’t from Madison, this would definitely be my new mechanic. Thank you!
