Robert helped me right at closing time so I didn't have to come back on a work day to get my vehicle! He did so with great care and cheer. I got a 2023 VW Atlas with 35 miles (not a typo)... and it is PERFECT!!! No issues! Great people, loved their service. Free oil service for life!!! WOW!!! Unreal find all around, will return!!! Highly recommend.

My experience with Van Horn was 5 star. Dale, my sales rep, was awesome. He went out of his way to find me my perfect vehicle. All of the employees were welcoming, courteous, and professional.

This will be our third vehicle bought through the Van Horn dealerships. The sales people and everyone else you work with are always wonderful. It seems though that there is always something left out of the information for used vehicles that would be nice to know because, even though it’s a used vehicle, our money is precious, and if anything had happened to the vehicle previously, that was not on a Carfax, it would just be good to know if there might be issues in the future. Most people are kind of excited about getting a different car so they’re not looking at every single thing so sometimes even the widely looked at areas are overlooked when it comes to things that may have happened. We drove almost 2 hours to go to this dealership because they had the selection we needed! Our salesman communicated excellently and promptly over the week prior to our arrival, Robert Johnson is our salesman, wow very knowledgeable! He made sure that with the snow and temperatures being freezing that the vehicle I was interested in was inside and thawed out so that I could really "check it out" comfortably. When technology was not cooperating with us he took the time to get to the bottom of it in a very timely matter, explaining to me exactly what to do. He made the experience very pleasant and I would take the time to drive again to work with Robert. Van Horn so far has been a solid company to purchase from!

Sales women was terrible. The car I bought was just as bad. Lots of things wrong with it. Whole sales experience was bad. Don’t buy a manufactured buy back from them. Only reason I ended up buying from van horn again, Was to get out of my original buy back. They gave me a decent trade that other dealers wouldn’t do. And every other dealer I spoke with, cringed when they heard I got the vehicle from Van horn. Also, Don’t think a proper inspection was done….So glad I won’t have to go back to Van Horn ever again.
