Nathan is a wonderful salesman. I was very strict in how much I would be willing to pay for a new car after my old one started breaking down. Nathan understood this and helped find me great cars of a comfortable price. With how stingy I was with my money, this process took almost all day. Nathan stayed with me the entire time, remained patient, and continued to help adjust the price to my liking!

Jamez and Mitch made the process very easy. We were looking at a bunch of dealers, and we are so thankful we went with Van Horn and had Jamez as our salesperson. They weren’t pushy, didn’t throw on any extra fees or things we didn’t want, it was clear and to the point and sold us a new vehicle at a great price. This family run dealership is a complete mess from top to bottom. They cannot keep appointments, cannot communicate, and clearly do not value anyone’s time but their own. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, confirmed it, and then drove three hours out of my way, only for them to call and cancel at the last minute. Three hours of driving wasted because they couldn’t be bothered to manage their own schedule. Communication is awful. Calls go unanswered, information changes depending on who you talk to, and there is zero follow through. No one seems to be on the same page, and accountability is nonexistent.
