Worst mechanic experience of my entire life, these people tried to scam me into getting a new transmission when all i needed was transmission fluid top up, they made me leave my vehicle at the shop for two days and told me they did all kinds of diagnostics and i believe its all lies since all they had to do was check the transmission fluid level which i couldn't do 'cause my vehicle was missing the dipstick, i couldn't find one at local shops or autozone so ordered one from amazon, went to the dealer bought two quarts of fluid and the issue was gone instantly, in the end, machete the manager or owner or whatever charged me $200 for diagnostic even tho it was lies and all wrong, i still paid them but they lost me as customer for ever.

Machete is an excellent mechanic and very knowledgeable in this field. The best. Been dealing with him for about 20 years.
