1812 Paint & Body

i took my wife’s car in because i had damaged it backing into the garage. passenger side door wouldn’t open. their guy took the car inside and came back 15 minutes later with the car fixed. when i asked what i owed them he said “nothing. you’re all set.” if i’d been a regular customer, a relative or a friend i would have been pleasantly surprised. but i had never been there before. they didn’t know me from adam! i was floored and grateful. if i ever do need body work, they’ll be first on my list. great people!

Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.

The great folks here went out of their way to help with a used vehicle purchase which had a frame that had corroded to the point it was unsafe. Honest and helpful, even when there wasn't any immediate business in it for them. Recommend!

Very pleased with the customer service and workmanship. Got my vehicle back in the time frame I was give. Good feeling knowing the job was done right.
