I have been a customer at OAM for quite a few years . I am retired and particular as to where I spend money. I have always been happy with OAM and even gave them a glowing review one year after working on my truck. When my conversation was about Auto repair with friends I always recommended OAM . I called just recently to make an appt. for an inspection and was told that I should try Pro Lube in Northampton. I told the girl , I think it was Jeremy's wife, that I prefer getting the inspection at OAM cause I like you guys . She said she will talk to Jeremy and get back to me . It has been a week and no call , so I called and left a polite message asking them to please let me know if you spoke with Jeremy about my inspection. This is not my first time with OAM, but as I expected, I got excellent quality service. The work came in exactly as quoted but surprisingly, much quicker than expected. Everyone was so polite and kind, I’ll be using OAM for the life of my vehicle and with any future cars I own. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, OAM!

This is the first time I have used OAM. Jeremy was so helpful and accommodating. My brakes were not functioning. I had my Subaru towed there and he checked it out first thing the next morning and repaired it the next day. He is honest, professional and fairly priced. I will always bring my cars to him in the future.

OAM takes great care of my vehicle, making sure necessary upgrades and maintenance are done on time and at an affordable cost. Jeremy treats me as a respected customer. It may be "old school" but it's fine by me! Thanks OAM!! Just purchased a 2024 VW ID.4 and Jeremy installed an aftermarket trucker horn. The man is fearless! He can fix, modify, drive ANYTHING!!
