1st Choice Auto Sales

The wheel fell off while on the highway immediately after purchase. Also, less than a month later the transmission went out. Other than that, everything about getting a vehicle with 1st choice was great.. Jacob was phenomenal and everyone was super professional and pleasant to work with. They gave me a great deal on the car which is why I presume it has so many problems. Great customer experience but since I bought it “as is” I understandably am liable for the issues even if it was immediately after purchase.

This place was great! Ashley sold me a 2003 Chevy Silverado for my teenage son. It had a few minor issues and she said that they’d fix them within 30 days if I wanted to buy it. They exceeded every expectation I had! Mark fixed the AC, sensors, and an error code three days later on Labor Day! The alarm came back in for an unrelated issue and he did some unrelated additional repairs they were not obligated to do when I bought the truck. So not only did they fix what they promised, but they fixed the unrelated problem all free of charge! In this market you almost expect to be ripped off when buying a car. Mark and Ashley took great care of us! I am definitely going back to them for another car when I need one. I highly recommend you give them your business! No regrets and I’m very happy!

Paid 600$ for an exhaust and got an unsecured washer rattling, an exhaust clamp and a leaking weld.

We had an excellent experience buying a used car for our son. Devin was very polite and helpful without being overly pushy or feeling like he was making things up as we went along from car to car. We felt we walked away with a really good deal and a nice car that we'll enjoy for a long while. I have no hesitations recommending 1st Choice - very nice staff!

1st choice auto is ALWAYS going to be my 1st choice! I have bought three cars from them now and they have taken the best care of me! Working with me financially and mechanically! The owner and all his staff are AMAZING! Kathleen in the office will bend over backwards to make sure your taken care of! Thank you so much to EVERYONE at 1st choice auto! I’ll be a life long customer!!!!!
