1st Class Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. My insurance was giving me a lot of trouble on my claim and 1st Class was extremely patient in waiting for me to hear back. They got the work done quickly and done well. They provided me with a lifetime warranty that covers any problems that are a result of the work they preformed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. Jim and Samantha are both so helpful and friendly. You are definitely in good hands.

I came back from a trip to discover someone had "hit & run" my 4Runner bumper at the airport. After talking to security & insurance, it unfortunately made the most sense to pay out of pocket for the repair. 1st Class provided competitive pricing, but their responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism is what really sold me on using them over the other shops I solicited. They did a fantastic job on the paint match, completed the work very fast, and unexpectedly returned my vehicle detailed inside and out. I will go back to them for any future body work needed. Great job guys.

Don't love having a damaged car, but always love coming here to get everything fixed! I have brought my Crosstrek here multiple times and wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else as long as I live in the area. I truly can't say enough nice things about the service. The communication, customer service, speedy repairs, everything is great :) The last time I came in repairs were completed early, and every time they're doing repairs for me I get regular texts with updates. Everyone who works here is extremely kind, personable, and patient with me when I have lots of questions, or when my insurance is being difficult to work with. I love that their office feels friendly and customer-centric—I've gone to others where the office feels like an extension of the shop and not very comfortable to be

I was rear-ended on 95 back in June and needed a body shop that was close by. 1st Class came recommended by my insurance and I couldn't be happier. They were extremely accommodating, explaining each step and frequently communicating with me throughout the repair process. Enterprise is right around the corner, which made picking up and dropping off my rental car very easy. The quality of work is perfect, and my car looked and felt brand new when I picked it up. These guys are Awesome!!!! I had a bad accident and right front fender was completely smashed. Not only did they make my Rav4 look like new again, they did it with great customer service. I highly recommend them. AND I was pleasantly surprised to see they detailed the inside and cleaned my filthy windows! Samantha @ desk was awesome
