This is the first time I’ve left a review on Google. But I felt compelled to do so. I went to this location this morning with my Mercedes that had just turned off twice on me before getting there. I didn’t have an appointment. I caught Mike in the middle of something and he told me he couldn’t take my car at the moment due to the volume of vehicles he was handling that morning. The reason I’m writing this is because he still went out to my car and did something quick to the air flow sensor, and advised me what I should do next. Apologized more than once for not being able to take my car and didn’t bother asking me for money. It’s rare to find people that genuinely want to help others and run a business at the same time.
