I had a great experience with Northeast Auto Gallery; probably the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I traded in my 2013 Golf GTI for a 2024 Model 3 AWD. Incredibly friendly, very accommodating and just great all around. I would absolutely go back to make another purchase here. 10/10.

We needed to replace a car that was in an accident quickly when my insurance company gave me 7 days for a rental car when it was determined my Lexus was totaled Will not mention their name (SF) never a claim in 40 years, and it took 3 weeks to get a check for a the minimal amount, cancelled (SF) that day. But this review is for Northeast Auto Gallery. I always dreaded the used car buying experience, it was similar to a Proctologist appt, you knew what was coming. My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Acura RDX. The experience was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure at all, was willing to work with our circumstances (waiting for funding) and held the car for us. He was honest, worked with us on the pricing, and was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service, always answered our calls, was on time for our appointment, paperwork process was easy and fast. Would highly recommend, and I plan to work with him again if we ever need.

Great buying experience! Garen takes a lot of pride in his cars and lets them speak for themselves. The car I got was 4+ years old and in immaculate condition. No pushy sales pitches, no upselling. Very helpful through the buying process. Compared to all the other places I went on my search, I was happy to give him my business.
