I’ve replaced about 3 or 4 alternators in a 5 year period with these guys. Every other service was exceptional. But, each time they failed to check the wiring that connects my battery to my alternator. Those wires were damaged. They missed that every time except for the final replacement. A Tech noticed that my wires were damaged and chose to ignore it. I know that because he admitted to doing that over the phone and still charged me for a quick wiring job. My parts warranties would have predictably been voided by the passage of time between replacements, and as a result, I lost about 600-700$ in replacements. They also put my engine cover in my passenger seat instead of putting it back on after a spark plug job. I took it off beforehand to check the plugs. But still, I can’t explain that

Took my Explorer in because it was leaking oil from the drain plug. I had just gotten an oil change at one of those "sit in your car while we change you oil" places. It turns out that they left the seal off when they put the plug in. So... never use one of those places again. They replaced my drain plug, and filled it back up with oil. They even cleaned my nasty, corroded (with 2 Rs lol) battery terminals for free! Great bunch of people. Very friendly. Plus they didn't try to upsale me on stuff I didn't need. Like most mechanics. A+ service all the way around. I will be using them exclusively from now on! Thanks!

The owner and his employees have always did a great job! There is not another shop I would go to that I trust. Infact I travel long distance to come to Class A Automotive. I always feel safe and have no worries. They don't over charge.

Took my ol Chevy in for master cylinder for clutch John did an extra ordinary job anyone needs a fixin take it to him he will fix it rite !!! He has my buissness from now on good job!!!!!!!!
