This shop is absolutely by far the most best place to take your vehicle. The guys there are good at what they do, they're honest men to keep their word, patient to be understanding of any questions asked. Absolutely the #1 shop and worth the drive. Sam, the guy who helped me, was the sweetest guy. If u go there, ask for him . He's a good dude.

Had a flat to repair. I was promised that it would be done first thing yesterday morning because they were too busy on Thursday. It was "repaired" around noon. They had my number but called my wife while she was at work and she couldn't answer. They never called me about My car being ready. Waited at the office until 2:30pm by the sign saying they were open. Car was there and ready, repair was to be free. No one told me so I got to enjoy the freezing temperatures for a couple hours. They showed up finally to say they'd closed early. Tire pressure was still super low and they said I just had to drive it to recalibrate. Didn't make it to Harps without pressure dropping fast and did make it to Harps to inflate it on my dime. Made it home, it's flat to the ground this morning. Metal

We are repeat customers...They had a hydraulic rack plenty big enough for my husband's 1 ton '99 F350 Super Duty. Got front tires mounted and balanced, a tire rod end (honest enough to show us the other was still in good shape!!) two ball bearings fixed and an alignment at a reasonable price. The truck handles like a dream and is a solid truck. They even reset the steering wheel so it sits at the proper place with both front wheels facing forward! They recommended new shocks all around which is fine as we expected that but didn't choose to have it done just yet. We will soon!! Great experience! They only kept the truck one day. Kudos to the young man, Wyatt, that did some if not all the work. We're not quite sure.

Worst experience ever. I took my ATV in and they kept it for TWO MONTHS, only to NOT fix the problem. And after two months of waiting and fake promises the owner had the audacity to get attitude with me when I question what is taking so long and why I keep getting fake. Not only that, but they stole my air filter off the ATV. Guy plays the role of good ol boy, but do not fall for it. He will waste your time.

I don't think I have ever met someone who works harder to get the job done than Mike. As the saying goes: 'If you want something done, ask a busy person' - that would be Mike. He is hard working, kind and a wonderful member of the community. If you want your vehicle fixed, he is the guy to do it. :)
