If i could give this place a zero rating i really would. Do not go here to get your battery tested; they will lie and say it tested bad . I brought a battery in to be charged and then tested, and first off, the dude didn't even know you can't test a dead battery; he said it was bad. Luckily, the second guy there told him. They said it would be about an hour or two to charge it , and they would call to let us know if it tested bad. Yeah, 5 minutes later, they called and said it was a bad battery. Thank God we called Poor Man's, and they told us we still had a 2-year warranty on it, and if it was bad, we would get a new one. So they went to test it, and guess what? The damn thing was completely dead. Anyway, we left it there overnight, got a call the next day , and guess what? It tested good

Come out in the rain to put a wiper blade on for me. It was very nice 👍.

The worst customer service I have ever received in any retail space. The young man behind the counter was arrogant, discriminatory and refused to listen or answer the questions my mother had pertaining to warranty and when she had purchased all the replacement bulbs she has continuously had to put on her car. After he reluctantly decided to assist my Mom in replacing the bulbs I took the time to attempt to engage in a civil conversation about customer service with him to which he relied I was rude and I could change the bulbs myself. Grabbed my rubber gloves just like he threw in the trash and replaced them with no issue. When you offer services, disrespect, and discriminate against your female customers, I'm sorry, but you just look pathetic. Had I not been there, my Mom would have just

I had to go last night to get a turn signal bulb and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even offered to change it for me. I guess I thought I was going to be "cute" and figure it out myself and long story short I was going to end up changing the wrong dang light .. soooo I took my car back up there and Dalton did everything for me. He changed it out. Even was going to change the other side for me. I have always had a great experience at this location. I will go back every time I need to buy something or if I need help with fixing something they are willing to help me fix on my car. Thank you to everyone at that store especially Dalton for being friendly and so willing to help me out.

The OReilly's in Lincoln is great. The guys in there listen and if the person waiting on you doesn't know they ask one of their co-workers. Now the OReilly's in Prairie Grove I will not go there. The employee, or I should say the kids that work there in the evenings are rude and act like you are wasting their time. Matt and the other guy in Lincoln knew what I was asking for but they didn't have my part but Prairie Grove did. Matt wrote down the part number and called Prairie Grove before I left. When I got to Prairie Grove the boy was out side with some buddies grilling. An he acted like I was interfering with his night. The employees at Prairie Grove usually don't even know anything about parts or vehicles.
