1st stop shop

My Niece dropped her truck off and let them know it was still under warranty and asked if they could fix it? They said yes after having the truck for 7 weeks they told her she had to bring it to the dealership. I do not recommend this place of service. Who does that? She has two small children aweful service

I love this shop! Ben and Trevor are great mechanics who take the time to discuss the options with you and never cut corners on quality. Ben runs an honest shop and his rates are very competitive. You get better service with Ben than you do anywhere else in town. I've referred five people to him over the years and they have been happy with the service he and his staff of qualified mechanics provide. Furthermore, everything they've fixed for me, including my oopsies I've done trying to play amateur mechanic, have never resulted in further repairs.

If I could give them negative stars I would!! My truck broke down and I had it towed to them in March!! It is now September and it has been sitting in the same spot sporting a new dent in rear passenger door. I have called almost everyday since March and haven’t talked to anyone. Went by a few times and it was closed when should be open. Bout to report my truck stolen

Wonderful shop, Ben was great , took good care of my wife's car, had some tire problems did not have appointment but he worked her in!! They have been great every time we've needed repairs, fair pricing and excellent service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car/truck repairs!!

Honesty is hard to come by sometimes with mechanics, but I think that this is where 1st Stop Shop excels. My wife’s Jeep went in with clutch issues, and at first it was diagnosed with a bad clutch. Once they got in there, they discovered that the culprit was actually a bad slave cylinder. We were called immediately and updated and given options for how we’d like to proceed. 1st Stop even revised their quote downward when they realized some parts came with a kit that they didn’t know would be included. Ultimately her Jeep is back together and better than ever, and the work was conducted in a timely manner once the vehicle was dropped off. This shop will be our first choice for maintenance in the future!
