10/10 experience! I’d recommend Mike to anybody! Long story short, our car threw a piston into our rotors and locked up the whole back end of our car. I immediately called Mike and he was able to get us in that same night to repair the issue the next day. A few weeks back we went to him for the grinding noise to do a diagnostic and he quoted us. He stayed true to the quote (I’ve had shops not stick to their word), and now our car is back in perfect working condition in less than 24 hours! He made the whole experience very personable and easy going!

Seamless and Professional! Mike may have restored my faith in the notion that there are honest and fair mechanics left in Fairbanks/NP. I'm sure there are other good ones here too, but I've had my share of up-sellers and "its going to take another 2 weeks" shops in the area over the years. Mike was prompt in his scheduling, specific in his estimate, and diligent in getting the job done (even though it was Christmas week). He even offers a convenient array of payment apps/options! Stop reading reviews.. Mike is the guy to take your vehicle to!

Had a situation going on with my truck. I called other places to set up an appointment, all I got from the other places was end of July at the earliest. I called Mike and he stated he could do it the next morning and to top it all off he came over to my address and repaired my vehicle. Charged me a very reasonable price and I was back on the road. If ever needed I will definitely use these guys again.

Mike is fantastic to work with. If you own a BMW in the interior, this is the place to go. I am very particular about who touches/works on my vehicles (as I always preform maintenance on them myself), but when my bmw left my wife stranded while I was out of state, we got it towed here. Mike got straight to work diagnosing the vehicle, working with me on a solution, and ended up saving me over $1,500 total in parts and labor compared to import shops in town. He was transparent through the entire process, sharing diagnostic codes and what parts we should order. Highly recommend!
