David was wonderful to work with, very friendly, down to earth, not a pushy car salesman and ultimately lead me to the vehicle I choose. Kevin was also kind and not pushy, I worked more so with David. I am only giving 4 stars due to a mistake that happened along the paperwork end, that the dealership is fully aware of. I am thankful the bank was able to fix their mess up and they were willing to work and communicate with the bank to fix their mess up. Kevin and his crew will do everything they can to help put you in a vehicle. I live about two hours away and he kept his business open late to let me drive out there after work to get my truck. I told him I was interested in it, and despite others also contacting him for it within his local area, he gave me his word that it was mine so long as I met him at my promised time. My husbands in the military and right before we left NC we bought a van from this dealership in June/July of 25. When we got the van we noticed a problem with it just shutting off we took it back into them they said they would look at for us and were very nice. They looked took it in and looked at & couldn’t find anything wrong. We did this about 3 times kept taking it back. They did something to make the van run atleast a little better but when we got to TN the van quit again. While looking at it they just completely messed this van up and put little fixes to make it run until it won’t anymore. The transmission fluid they just piled in there. Don’t go to this dealership unless you want a lemon vehicle! I have 2 small children and they sold me a dangerous vehicle for their own gain. Update

I gave Kevin a chance to make a good name for himself however he did absolutely nothing after I returned car with oil leak , slick dry rotten tires , sensors needed to be replaced , car needed to be tuned up etc. He kept car 3 days , did absolutely nothing, handed me 2 bottles of power steering fluid .207 junk cars... update I personally fixed this junk car and those slick , dry rotten tires were replaced with brand new tires..who wants to make payments buy on junk cars.Kevin buys junk, sells junk but refuses to fix his junk....

I bought a Mazda Cx5 and it's been a week now driving the car. It is in exceptional shape. I was fearful buying a used car, and that has subsided. I am super pleased with the car, the salesman, the reasonabley priced vehicle and customer service. Great local used car dealership!!! Love my used new car! 😊
