He goes the extra mile to give his customers perfection. Very professional and describes exactly what he's going to do to fix the problem with your bike. Also has One of the only true Dinos in the state and is an authorized power vision tuner dealer!

The Bike Doctor, Bill Mayo, is honestly a breath of fresh air in the motorcycle world of Eastern NC. After searching for quite some time for someone who is hard working, straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair, I can say with reasonable assurance I’ve found that person in The Bike Doctor’s owner, Bill Mayo. He shoots me straight on price, and timeframe. There isn’t anything this gentleman can’t do when it comes to Harley’s. I would recommend Bill over any HD shop or independent shops in the area. . I have had my 06 Heritage for 14 years now and have pretty much had all the service done by the dealership. Recently I developed some severe engine trouble and had a loud knocking. I got the bike up to the Bike Docfor based off a friend's recommendation. The Bike Doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job of keeping me informed and allowing me to make decisions that would effect my bike. The work was completed much faster than I initially anticipated. I was impressed with the power that my bike had as I was riding away from picking it up. I was also impressed with how incredible the bike was running. I would recommend The Bike Doctor over any other mechanic in the area. I will definitely be going back.
