Don't judge a book by its cover. This shop isn't a dealership but you get equal or better service. I can't elaborate on any services other than my own but I have been satisfied on each visit. I would recommend their services without hesitation. I found them through recommendations from others and I have no regrets. Good quality work.

My husbands car was having issues starting/staying started. We spent over $550 at another local mechanic with no fix. Gary's (Monroe's) was recommended. The car had to be towed there and within 2 hours it was fixed and it only cost around $82. A very simple thing was wrong after we had paid for a new starter and an attempt at a fix with a relay switch; neither of which was the issue. Just found our new mechanic. Thanks Monroe's!!

Gary is great. He patiently answered our questions. When we got there at 8:30 am, Gary was busier than a sack full of bumble bees. He still took time for us after putting out a few fires. After driving our car around the block, he told us the brakes were OK, just needed adjusting. Amazing. We will definitely be back.
