I’ve been here to recover vehicles for AAA a few times and it has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Mekayla helped out today for the release and Brandon was excellent in assisting me moving a few car and helping get the one I was picking up out with the broken front suspension his for lift skills were clutch. Jamey in dispatch was awesome!!! She took all of my information and assured me help was in the way… Tracy was amazing!!!! I was on my way home and had a flat. Wish I could give it a 0 star. Worst place ever. I'm a calm guy who really never does a bad review even if it's bad. But they sure did me wrong. I call on Sunday to pick up some stuff from my vehicle and the lady says come Monday from 8:30am to 5pm we are closed on Sunday to grab belongings. Okay I was fine it's understandable. Show up Monday took off early from work then came down to the place around 1pm and they said oh sorry we are closed. But I got confirmation that Monday you would be open. She didn't care and I'm pretty sure it was her who told me to come Monday. Okay now show up Tuesday early and guess what oh your vehicle isn't here no more. So yes the deserve the 0 stars. She didn't care that I could get my belongings Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Worst service ever and I had all my
Johnathan helped me get my car off the side of the road and towed it to my house. He was very professional and friendly, and even walked me through the process to let me know my car was in safe hands! I would definitely recommend and will be calling them for my next tow 🙏
