Wash Masters Lancaster

10 out of 10 experience at Wash masters Carwash in Lancaster, Texas. If you are looking for a reliable spot that’s well kept up with and has great service would highly recommend Wash masters. It’s nice because they have locations all around DFW so you’re never far away from a clean car. Had great customer Service every time I’ve gone. Big shout out to Zaid at the Lancaster location. He was very attentive and helped me in a unique situation to make sure my car was spotless.

First time coming in to the car wash in Lancaster. I was traveling from Arlington, so decided to get a quick wash. Let me tell yall: - ANTON ( this rep is a top notch professional) explained the membership from top to bottom. Even explained the importance of keeping your vehicle clean throughout the year, and Ceramic Shield option. Man this guy Anton is another level. Never seen anything like this before especially at the car wash place. - Guys in the wash tunnel were so nice and professional, direct me through and were very helpful!!! Thank you Jose, A.D and Ignacio. - Then I used there free vacuums and even washed matts at the wash station. Was treated with love and smile all the way I exited !!! Very nice and super CLEAN location !!! 100/100 Thank you Wash Masters and Team !!!!

I would just like to shout out Dee he was so polite and nice even shared his life experience with me during a tough time. I wasn’t even about to go to the car wash, but I told him what I was going through and he talked to me and helped me. I wasn’t even so glad I stopped by and took advantage of the free car wash. Thank you so much Drei I pray you continue to be true to you ;)

Anton was absolutely wonderful to work with! He helped me navigate my membership options with patience and clarity, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each so I could make the best decision for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured — just genuinely supported. What made the experience even more memorable was how personable he was. We even had a great conversation about his home country, Russia, and I shared what I’ve always loved about it. He was so receptive, kind, and engaging. All the employees are very polite especially Anton, he was very helpful and answer all my questions about the membersahips ,the place is clean and the best thing is that the vacuums works very good, I was my first time coming to this place I recommend it 100%
