Do not take your car to Southwest auto they do poor repair. They don’t warranty the work. I put my car there. They did more damage and now they’re saying they’re not responsible. I had to go and get several inspections of the vehicle to find out the two things that they replace one of the seals had broke on the car and they’re saying that it had not been damaged at the time, but it has to be replaced when you changed those parts And now they don’t wanna hold their accountability for that Be careful

I’ve gone here several times and I am always pleased. I’m typically In/Out in under 30 minutes. Definitely would refer them.

Can't say enough good things! Had car trouble today while visiting the Dallas zoo from a couple hours away, and this is the 3rd shop I stopped at! All were too busy, but the team was kind enough to run car code and explain what was going on. They were so honest and told me, it was something that could be fixed when I returned home versus being stranded in Dallas with my 3 small kids in car seats with only a few hours of supplies packed. They easily could've told me whatever to keep me there and charged me. To me, this is worth so much and I'm so grateful for being an honest business!

Very bad experience with this repair shop. Travis the manager was rude, unprofessional, and even threatening. Had a check engine light on, and some acceleration hesitation. Travis said I need a tune-up, tried to tell him it may not need that. However, he cut me off many times mid-sentence with the attitude of I am the expert. So I let them do the tune-up, and after the "repair" my car was worse than before, basically he misdiagnosis the problem. The check engine light came back on, the car would not even stay on kept cutting off. I was very upset. Paid a lot of money and my car is worse than before! FYI when a mechanic misdiagnosis your issue, that money should go toward the real repair that was needed in the first place. When I confronted Travis about the issue he told me "you ne
